ARTIST DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT PACKAGE
The Artist Development Contract Package contains contracts that are used by recording and live performing artists to contract with different parties during the development or other stages their career.
BAND OR GROUP PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
The Band Or Group Partnership Agreement is a partnership agreement establishes a business entity amongst the members of a band or group and sets forth the agreements amongst the members on the business issues that arise between them (e.g. profit sharing, decision making, etc.).
DEMO RECORDING SHOPPING AGREEMENT
The Demo Recording Shopping Agreement is a contract used by a representative that will shop or pitch a recording artist's demo recordings and promotional package to record labels with the intent of getting a record deal for the artist.
FEATURED OR SIDE ARTIST AGREEMENT (NO ROYALTY/NO SONG RIGHTS)

LIVE PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT (SIMPLE)
This Live Performance Agreement is used when a performing artist agreees to perform live at a venue.
LIVE PERFORMANCE SIDE ARTIST AGREEMENT
The Live Performance Side Artist Agreement is used by a band or group to contract with a musician or singer who will perform at live shows with the group for a fee but is not a member of the group.
MASTER USE LICENSE (COMPILATION)
The Master Use License (Compilation) is used when someone wants to use a master recording owned by the artist for a compilation record. This license would also be used if a film or television producer who wishes to include a recording of a song on a soundtrack compilation album associated with the film or television show.
MECHANICAL LICENSE
This Mechanical License is used by an artist to license the right to record a song written by someone else. It can also be used to license a song to another artist who wishes to record the song written by the songwriter for purposes of selling a recording of the song.
MUSIC VIDEO PRODUCTION AGREEMENT
The Music Video Production Services Agreement is a contract used when hiring a person to provide services in some aspect of the production of a music video for an artist.
PHOTOGRAPHER SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Photographer Services Agreement is a contract used by an artist or record label when hiring a photographer to take photos of an artist that will be used on the packaging of an audio product or other promotional uses for the artist.
PRODUCER ARTIST DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
This Producer Artist Development Agreement is used when an artist and a producer agree for the producer to provide services as a record producer for the artist on a speculative basis.
RECORDING ARTIST DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
The Recording Artist Development Agreement is used by persons or companies that wish to invest in all aspects of the professional development of a recording artist with the intention of securing a recording agreement with a successful record label or entertainment company.
RECORDING ARTIST INVESTMENT AGREEMENT
The Recording Artist Investment Agreement is a contract between an artist and an individual who wishes to support the artist by giving them money for a specific area of development in their career such as recording a demo or full album, going out on tour, hiring a booking agent, etc.
RELEASE AGREEMENT
This Release Agreement is a contract used when two parties wish to release each other from the obligations under a contract previously signed by both parties.
SINGLE MASTER AND SONG COLLABORATION AGREEMENT
This Single Master And Song Collaboration Agreement is used when two or more persons collaborate on both the writing of a song and the recording of the song and will own the rights to the recording and the song jointly. This collaboration can include musicians, vocalists and producers.
SINGLE SONG COLLABORATION AGREEMENT
The Single Song Collaboration Agreement is used when a two or more songwriters agree in advance to write a song together, or have written a song together, and want address how the song will be administrated along with other rights. This Agreement is more extensive than a Songwriter (Copyright) Split Sheet.
SONG PLUGGER AGREEMENT
The Song Plugger Agreement is used by a person who will shop a songwriter's songs to record labels, publishing companies, producers and artists or other third party users of songs for the songwriter.
SONGWRITER (COPYRIGHT) SPLIT SHEET
The Songwriter Split Sheet is a simple contract used when a two or more songwriters co-write a song and the songwriters want to acknowledge the co-ownership and list the percentages of ownership.
