This Film Score Music Composer is used by a film, or television producer to contract with a music composer to create music for a film score and soundtrack for a film or television production whereby the music is synchronized to the action on the screen. The composer will not retain any rights to the compositions. However, the contract does provide for the writer to collect the writer’s share of performance royalties from any performance of the music.
