The Concert Promoter Joint Venture Agreement is used when two or more persons wish to make an agreement to promote a concert or music festival together. This agreement does provide that the parties may form a business entity through this Joint Venture but only for the sole purpose of this one event and not ongoing business together. This agreement can be used when one or more of the parties have already formed a corporate entity.
