The Artist Booking Agent Agreement (Simple) is used by a booking agent to contract with an artist for the agent's services to  procure employment and performances for the artist. This is an exclusive agreement and the booking agent will be the only agent who is authorized to book the artist. This is a simplified version of this kind of agreement.
